Description
This auto troubleshooter performs all standard electrical tests for on-car and bench troubleshooting, counting tachometer, dwell, volts, ohms and diode. Together with an audible tone, it pinpoints problem areas and determines which components want repair or replacement and consists of 24 ranges for extra accurate measurements. It is more large, simple to read together with digital LCD and the hold button retains display data. It consists of a comprehensive customer's manual and a 1-year warranty.

I used this to set my points dwell and engine RPM. Easy to use. Useful for troubleshooting most electrical problems on earlier model cars.

I got this thing based on it's reviews but I feel I should have spent more money for an OTC or entry level fluke. It feels flimsy and cheap and didn't come with a battery. Based on features alone this thing scores well but if you just need a simple super accurate multimeter then spend less and get a multimeter right here on amazon for about 24 dollars. If you, like me, depend on your tools to make a living in often harsh conditions then spend the cash for a true rms OTC or fluke. If you are just tinkering with your car then this actron will do the job.
